Data Analyst

For our client, a major player in the Belgian utilities sector, we are currently looking for a data analyst to reinforce their retail team:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models using SAS and Qlik to support business decision-making.
• Generate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other critical metrics.
• Maintain close relationships with the business stakeholders and acquire detailed knowledge of the business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support day-to-day operations with timely data analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in retail processes through proactive data insights and innovations.
• Present data-driven recommendations to management and aid in the decision-making process.

• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Dutch/French.
• MSc Degree in a business/data/technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of SQL is required.
• Expert knowledge of data processing tools such as SAS, Python, or R is required
• Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is required

Position in the Organization

• Reports to the Data Analysis Manager.
• Collaborates closely with team managers in Retail and squad leads.
