React Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with developers to design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced applications to deliver on the desired customer experience.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and passion about react/java script, design patterns and solving business problems staying ahead of current trends related to automation and new technologies
• Provide oversight and management of development activities and ensure standards are being adhered to.
• Collaborating with the Product Owners and Business Partners to review product requirements and user stories, propose viable implementation options, and define transformational technical solutions.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the client
• Working in an agile development team to iteratively deliver system updates and product releases.
• Creating elegant, well-tested solutions to complex problems.
• Work with a quality first mindset and review code to ensure all solutions are delivered with zero critical defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Technology Sciences, or related field preferred.
• +6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with the following technologies
• Typescript
• ReactJs
• NestJs
• Azure/AKS
• Unit Testing
• Reactflow
• Tailwind/ShadCn
• CSS Modules
• Database knowledge (Stored Procedures, JSON, T-SQL)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in leading complex projects.
• Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively.
• Diligent individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Must have good organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others at all levels within the organization.
• Good facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes.
