Program Manager (Product) - Cork

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join a Digital Product team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Based out of Cork, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site 2 days per week. This role will oversee the delivery of a strategic digital programme focused on enhancing the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, UX, IT, finance, and various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed programme plan across multiple workstreams
• Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Align cross-functional teams and ensure resource availability
• Support development of business cases and track delivery against projected outcomes
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using structured processes
• Track and report on programme performance
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to optimise delivery
• Lead programme governance including meeting agendas, action tracking, and stakeholder updates
• Provide strategic input into wider business planning
