Key Responsibilities:

• As IT Project Manager you will join a large network and security program including WAN Enhancements, Security components rollout, Qos (End to End user network experience), Office or site moved, DDI, LAN and Wi-Fi transformation, Security Service Edge target model.
• You will also organize tasks and projects, drive workload and team's capacity planning with incoming new customer's projects/studies.
• You will manage the transition of Local infra teams to centralised model within Network and Distributed team
• You will also Contribute to scopings and projects portfolio and report to global PMO.
• Day to day meeting minutes and follow-up
• Weekly activity report, steering commitee with formal project governance and delivery
• Preparation of accurate deliverables
• Project processes and tools improvement through initiatives and automation
• Coordinate the relationship between Central team and External service provider PMs and local IT Team across countries
• Animation and communication of projects and changes with the support of technical team
• Preparation of planning/schedules and communication to different governance board (Architecture Review Board, Change Advisory Board)

Key skills and experience:

• Proven experience in Project Management and associated duties
• Must have strong stakeholder management skills to Senior level
• Be able to liaise with technical teams
• Experience with large company with world wide presence
• Migration of network / infrastructure
• Good knowledge concepts of network security (FW next generation, Cloud Proxy)
• Experience in network or application migration with multiple countries
