Senior Fullstack Developer – Java/Kotlin/React

Position: Senior Fullstack Developer – Java/Kotlin/React

📍 Location: Netherlands (Hybrid – 2 days/week in the office)

🏢 Full time; Hybrid

📜 Type of Contract: Permanent Contract

🌍 Mandatory Languages: English

📌 Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer
• 4-6 years experience with Java and React development
• Proficiency or interest in working with Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of frontend development principles and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with migrating applications from Outsystems to React is a plus
• Affinity or experience with logistics or e-commerce systems is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality fullstack solutions
• Contribute to the transition from Outsystems to a React-based frontend architecture
• Build robust backend logic using Java and Kotlin for logistics-oriented services
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across the application
• Actively participate in team discussions, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives
