Responsibilities:

• Digital Project Manager - leads and coordinates our digital projects, ensuring their successful delivery within specified timelines;
• Oversee project timelines and ensure tasks are organized and executed efficiently;
• • Develop, propose, and coordinate the Digital Customer Care Strategy, including site launched, online tools, web application with a focus on great delivery to the agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality;
• Propose, implement and optimize digital channels and customer touchpoints;
• Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to achieve project objectives;
• Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues;
• Ensures updates and maintains all implemented technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation;
• Develops support documentation for implemented features (requirement specifications);
• Manage and highlight potential risks or malfunctions on the digital channels and act proactively;
• Creates relevant dashboards about customer self-service.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management tools;
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration between cross-functional teams (Web, UX, IT, Analytics, QA ) and external partners;
• Ability to navigate technical and design discussions.
