- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail, supply chain, or sustainability-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and data analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, with a track record of supporting cross-functional development teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of store checkout systems is essential; operational experience in this area is a significant advantage.
- Experience with the development and implementation of D365 F&O and/or Commerce solutions.
- A background in Point of Sale (POS) and Sales systems is a plus.
