About the role:
We are on a mission to drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of agile practices. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team and lead the transformation journey across our organization. You as an Agile coach will play a pivotal role in promoting the Agile mindset and enhancing the maturity of our agile teams through effective coaching.
This position will
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, aligning efforts with strategic objectives.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to teams, helping them to understand and embrace Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Regularly perform Lean and Agile maturity evaluations within teams, supporting their ongoing improvement.
- Oversee the execution of Agile methodologies, pinpointing and acting on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Design and deliver customized training programs to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across the organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to drive Agile adoption and maturity, promoting collaboration and transparency.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure agile maturity and team performance
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and development, encouraging teams to experiment and innovate.
- Design and implement strategies to foster better collaboration and communication across teams.
How do we describe the perfect match
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Engineering in Computer Sciences, Mathematics or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Agile principles, values, and practices, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successful Agile transformations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban, XP, etc., with relevant certifications (PSM I-II, PSPO I-II, CSM, CSPO, SPS, KMP I-II, or PMP-ACP).
- Experience in developing and delivering Agile training programs.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
- Passion for Agile practices and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt coaching style to fit the needs of different teams and individuals.
- Experience in value-driven delivery in a corporate environment, with knowledge of MVP and OKR concepts.
- Experience in organizational-level transformation, preferably having participated in transformation projects.
- Knowledge of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc. is preferred.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Gamification, DevOps, and Design Thinking.
