About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced ITSM expert to join our service management team and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT service management processes. In this role, you will work closely stakeholders to deliver tailored ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices. You’ll play a key part in enhancing service quality and operational efficiency across various IT environments.

This Position Will Be:

• Analyzing client needs and designing customized ITSM processes
• Implementing and configuring enterprise ITSM tool.
• Developing ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Request
• Delivering documentation, process flows, and end-user training
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients throughout project lifecycles
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes and practices

How to Describe the Perfect Match:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in ITSM consulting or administration
• Certified in ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
• Proficient in one or more ITSM platforms
• Basic/Intermadiate knowledge about C#
• Basic knowledge about web site/application front-end design (HTML,CSS,JS)
• Basic knowledge at Web Applications Integration and Webservice architecture (SOAP, Rest API, Graph API etc.)
• Basic SQL Query experience and knowledge of database architecture
• IT Security standards fundementals (ISO 27001, OWASP etc.)
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in client-facing roles with excellent communication abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, SDLC and ISO 20000 standards
