Project Manager

Position Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Your future responsibilities:

• Planning, executing and finalizing IT projects according to deadlines and budget
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  
  

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Very good command of the English & Estonian languages
