The Role

We're on the hunt for a Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in Solana and on-chain trading. This role is ideal for someone who's built fast, reliable apps in the crypto space especially within the Solana ecosystem. You should be comfortable owning both frontend and backend work, and bring solid experience building trading platforms or DeFi tools that perform at scale.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript focused on speed, responsiveness, and a top-tier user experience.
• Develop robust backend systems in Node.js and TypeScript to support real-time trading features and large-scale user activity.
• Design and manage efficient APIs and databases (Postgres/MySQL), ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Handle real-time data flow using web sockets and implement scalable solutions that can handle high-frequency trading use cases.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and take ownership of end-to-end features from planning to deployment.
• Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with product goals and user needs.
• Apply a deep understanding of Solana protocols to integrate on-chain data, smart contract interactions, and blockchain indexing.
• Stay ahead of trends in DeFi and Solana trading, using your insights to improve product functionality and performance.
• Lead by example sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong skills in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• A deep understanding of both frontend and backend performance building responsive UIs and scalable backend systems.
• Solid experience managing relational databases like Postgres or MySQL, with a focus on speed, reliability, and clean data architecture.
• Confidence working with real-time data, including web sockets and live market feeds.
• A strong eye for UI/UX in the context of trading platforms, knowing what matters to users and how to keep interfaces intuitive.
• Practical experience with Solana smart contracts, on-chain trading, and DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of memecoin trading and broader crypto market trends, especially within the Solana ecosystem.
• Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and owning projects from planning to production.
• Past experience contributing to or leading development on trading platforms, DeFi apps, or blockchain-related services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, collaborative dev tools, and how to ship high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for crypto trading bonus if you're an active trader who understands the needs of power users firsthand.
