Our client is a dynamic and growing small-cap private equity firm based in Barcelona, focused on investing in high-potential businesses across various sectors. With an average investment ticket size of €5M, the firm is dedicated to driving value creation through strategic and operational improvements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed due diligence and financial analysis, including industry research and market assessment.
  • Support deal structuring and negotiation processes.
  • Work closely with portfolio companies to enhance value creation and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and investment team on investment strategy and execution.


Candidate Requirements


  • 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Transaction Services (Big 4) or Investment Banking.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in due diligence, M&A transactions, or private equity investments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced investment environment.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish.
