As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and airline clients to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product roadmap by aligning airline industry needs with innovative software solutions.

Required skills:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software product company


• Proficiency with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc.


• Great communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience working in Agile environments

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Work with airline clients and internal stakeholders to gather, review and document business requirements


• Translate complex airline operations and commercial needs into user stories, workflows and use cases


• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and prioritise features


• Support product demos, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness


• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy


• Create process maps, wireframes and other BA artefacts to visualise solutions


• Ensure alignment between technical development and business value delivery

Desirable skills:

• Experience working with or for airlines, or with aviation-focused tech solutions


• Robust knowledge of airline operations, distribution systems (GDS/NDC), loyalty or revenue management


• Knowledge of IATA standards (e.g., NDC, ONE Order)


• Knowledge of SaaS platforms or airline e-commerce systems


• Experience supporting pre-sales or customer onboarding
