Project Manager / Scrum Master

Your key responsibility is to project manager finance digitalization solutions to secure sustainable quality, efficiency, and performance together with the entire FIN organization. By supporting our teams implementing pioneering technology, you will lead projects that build user-centric solutions to enable our joint digital transformation journey.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Successfully support and implementation of TI's digital roadmap, act as project lead for digitalization projects within TI
• Create and maintain close and effective working relationships with the business community, understanding their informational and operational needs.
• Translating business requirements within the finance area into balanced digital finance solutions
• Provide reporting and updates on project status, budget impacts and status of objectives to management and business units as necessary
• Using Agile to project manage multiple projects, formulate and define scope, schedule milestones, tasks and objectives of projects.
• Act as role-model for the digital finance transformation, drive cross-functional, inter-disciplinary teams
  
  

What You Bring

• Expert knowledge in project management skills (agile as well as classic)
• Knowledge of finance processes, for instance record to report, purchase to pay, order to cash, etc.
• Understanding of Alteryx, SAC, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence
• Result oriented, empathic, respectful and tolerant mind set as sender and receiver of various complex information
• Proficient English language skills
• University degree or equivalent experience; Formal certification like SCRUM, PMP
