Private Equity Analyst

About the Role

In this role, you will be an integral part of the investment team, working on deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management. You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation and strategic initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
