We are looking for a Allocation Specialist to contribute to our Lacoste brand in this growth journey.
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from relevant university departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in allocation,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Preferably fluent in English,
- Analytical thinker, results-oriented,
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Job Description:
- Analyzing sales potentials of responsible channels during the season, and planning action plans,
- Contributing to the use and enhancement of first Distribution, Replenishment, and Transfer systems throughout the season,
- Making inter-channel transfer decisions based on sales performance during the season,
- Special Period Planning; checking the quantity needs before special periods such as holidays, preparing special action plans, presenting them to managers, and coordinating the process,
- Controlling/tracking and coordinating logistics shipment movements; ensuring timely delivery of approved reserves to stores and reporting to upper management, actively participating in system improvement proposals,
- Implementing technological advancements in different e-commerce business models,
- Identifying and coordinating with internal departments (IT, brand communication, CRM, product management, etc.) to determine the current needs and risks of sales channels,
- Involvement in business development processes of online sales channels, conducting analysis and feasibility studies,
- Coordinating the creation, development, and implementation of annual, monthly, and weekly campaign plans,
- Ensuring the creation of shipment plans by conducting monthly and weekly needs analyses of relevant sales channels,
- Analyzing future sales potential and changes in sales trends, and planning actions accordingly,
- Preparing consolidated reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and reporting to managers,
- Establishing a structures to automate repetitive and standardized workflows to effectively manage productivity.
