Key Responsabilities

Prepare and update presentations by tracking campaigns and products for both SpoMa and Channel Mix Reports.
Organize and manage communication for cargo and courier operations to ensure excellent service for SpoMa & EIM partners, clubs, and federations (excluding football clubs and federations).
Track and report EM Turkey SpoMa & EIM portfolio in alignment with Global/EM directions, covering budget allocation, contracts, relationships, and activations.
Utilize Sports Marketing global tools in line with the brand calendar and partner activations.
Regularly monitor store and promotional stocks, manage operations through requests, and track inventory and warehouse management.
Monitor partner portfolio budgets and develop mid-term plans for enhanced budget efficiency and effective utilization.
Submit seasonal orders for partners and planned projects within budget, coordinating the product supply process throughout the season to ensure service satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors in related field
Strong organizational and time management skills and experienced in operational processes
Minimum of 2 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sports Marketing and Influencer Marketing
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking abilities
Team player with excellent communication skills
