Sports Marketing Specialist

Key Responsabilities

  • Prepare and update presentations by tracking campaigns and products for both SpoMa and Channel Mix Reports.
  • Organize and manage communication for cargo and courier operations to ensure excellent service for SpoMa & EIM partners, clubs, and federations (excluding football clubs and federations).
  • Track and report EM Turkey SpoMa & EIM portfolio in alignment with Global/EM directions, covering budget allocation, contracts, relationships, and activations.
  • Utilize Sports Marketing global tools in line with the brand calendar and partner activations.
  • Regularly monitor store and promotional stocks, manage operations through requests, and track inventory and warehouse management.
  • Monitor partner portfolio budgets and develop mid-term plans for enhanced budget efficiency and effective utilization.
  • Submit seasonal orders for partners and planned projects within budget, coordinating the product supply process throughout the season to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and experienced in operational processes
  • Minimum of 2 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sports Marketing and Influencer Marketing
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking abilities
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
