- Weekly Reporting: Preparation of weekly sales, category sell through reports for business review and stock analysis to identify risk and potential opportunities for sales optimization.
- Seasonal Buying: Participate in seasonal buys for Mens Universe, Fine Jewelry and Timepieces and provide qualitative feedback to Regional Merchandising team to formulate an optimal assortment which best cater to our boutiques and client profiles.
- Product Category Management: Prepare seasonal product mapping, monthly sales forecasting and planning, implementation of product strategy, track & monitor the performance of each collection.
- Store Visits: Proactive store visits to exchange qualitative feedback with Retail team, obtain feedback on client’s response and monitor product plan executions in our boutiques.
- Market Intelligence: Preparation of monthly competitors report on products, price comparison and key activities.
- Seasonal and Key Capsule Launches: To work with Visual Merchandising team on product launches, store re-merchandising & end of season sale control.
- Stock Management: To liaise with Retail team on stock requests, after-sales enquiry, and internal stock transfers.
- Product trainings: Collaborate with Learning & Development team to conduct trainings for seasonal collections.
- Events Preparation: To support Retail Operations and Client Marketing team on merchandising coordination, sales & stock planning for all retail activities.
