Scrum Master

Job Description

• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• 6+ years Scrum/SAFe working experience as Scrum Master
• The Scrum Master enables teams to self-organize, self-manage and deliver via supporting and enforcing effective agile practices.
• He/she helps the team coordinate with other teams and communicates status to management as needed
• Scrum Master helps to educate the team in Scrum, ensuring that the agreed agile process and best practice is being followed.
• Runs scrum meetings.
• Helps to remove impediments and foster an environment of high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement.
• Organizes relevant people for resolving issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensures Availability of team members.
• Manages team members and personal aspects.
• Provides assistance to technical stakeholders to ensure people aspects don’t hinder Sprint Deliverables.
• Setup and configuration of SCRUM mgmt. tool. Backlog, Spring Planning, KPIs, Reports.
• Organizes Product backlog and Sprint planning and Retrospective meetings.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decompose more complex problems and/or processes into logical parts
• Extremely good to deal between Development team and Product Owner

Mandatory Skills:

• Well versed in scrum practices
• Being a Coach for an agile team.
• Good in risk management
• Communicating effectively in both written and verbal form
• Experience in setting up and configuring ADO, JIRA and/or similar product.
• Experience and setting up Reports in ADO, JIRA and/or similar product.
