Role Overvi
ewAs a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will be at the forefront of leading people-side change initiatives across large-scale technology and business transformation programmes. You'll play a key role in identifying change impacts, developing change strategies, and working directly with key stakeholders to enable successful adoption and transitio
n.
This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on shaping strategy and delivering tangible outcomes within a high-visibility transformation environment. Experience in large, matrixed organisations - particularly in asset-intensive or regulated industries - would be particularly valuab

- tiesConduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify key priorities and ri
- sks.Develop and implement holistic change management strategies and plans tailored to the scale and nature of each proj
- ect.Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execut
- ion.Design and execute effective communications plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the change lifecy
- cle.Lead the creation and implementation of training strategies and materials, tailored to various audience ne
- eds.Measure adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, metrics, and feedback mechani
- sms.Establish and manage a sustainable change network across impacted areas of the busin
- ess.Develop compelling internal communications and digital collateral (e.g. posters, videos, infographics) to reinforce change narrati
- ves.Support benefits realisation by tracking adoption, utilisation, and change proficiency across the organisat
ion.
Qualifica
- tionsPostgraduate degree or advanced qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field prefe
- rred.Formal certification in Change Management (such as PROSCI or ACMP) is highly desir
able.
Experience and
- SkillsMinimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in managing change in large-scale transformation progr
- ammes.Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles within complex or multinational environ
- ments.Deep understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and princ
- iples.Proven ability to influence at all organisational levels and drive alignment toward shared
- goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - both written and v
- erbal.Adept at stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and building change capab
- ility.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting prior
- ities.Familiarity with project management frameworks and their integration with change manag
- ement.Experience in technology and digital programmes within large-scale or asset-heavy industries pref
- erred.Sector experience in energy, infrastructure, or related fields would be an adva
ntage.
