Responsibility

• You specialize in writing code and implementing functionalities according to the requirements and specifications of the project.
• As a senior full-stack developer, you will act as a mentor and coach in addition to your hands-on development tasks.
• You will coordinate technical activities within the team, give direction to the other developers and ensure that engineering best practices are applied for code quality, security and performance:
• Designing and monitoring the software architecture and technical strategy.
• Provide a scalable, robust, and efficient codebase.
• Evaluating and implementing best practices and modern technologies.
• Securing security and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with DevOps to establish a stable CI/CD pipeline.
• You ensure that all blocking technical issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
• You will work closely with the architect to design robust and scalable software solutions that meet both current and future needs
• You will work closely with product owners, designers and other stakeholders to monitor and optimize the technical vision of the project.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience as a developer
• Back-end: Experience with Java (+ 10 years), PostgreSQL (+ 5 years)
• Experience with projects that come into contact with government and with the social security ecosystem
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Team player with leadership abilities and mentoring skills.
• Combination of experience as a developer and experience as a tech lead within a development team.
• Back-end: Experience with SpringBoot, MQ
• Front-end: Experience with Angular
• DevOps & CI/CD: Ervaring met OpenShift, Jenkins
