We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager who can act as both a player-coach and Growth Marketing Lead. As a key part of our team, you will not only lead and scale our ABM strategy within the tech SaaS, cybersecurity, and hosting industries, but also be actively involved in executing campaigns, ensuring you fully understand the skills needed to hire and develop your team. In a fast-growing scale-up environment, your ability to roll up your sleeves will be essential to driving success.This is a remote role with flexible location requirements (GMT -+3).

Tasks

  • Lead the development and hands-on execution of ABM and growth marketing strategies that align with our scale-up growth goals. Actively manage, execute, and optimize campaigns to ensure success before scaling the team.
  • Manage and personally execute the entire ABM process, from account selection and personalization to multi-channel execution, including email, events, content, and digital ads. Your role as a player-coach means you will both lead and do the work.
  • Collaborate with the inbound marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all marketing channels
  • Own the outbound and inbound MQL generation by driving targeted campaigns, running experiments, and optimizing for lead conversion. Work closely with regional sales teams to align efforts. As a hands-on lead, you will ensure these campaigns are fully optimized before scaling them and hiring additional team members.
  • Oversee and execute event management strategies, aligning them with ABM goals and the broader marketing strategy. As the player-coach, you will be directly involved in ensuring success and scalability.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in ABM within the tech SaaS, cybersecurity, and hosting industries
  • Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. You should be ready to lead by example and actively contribute to growth marketing efforts.
  • Ability to drive multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, events, and content.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign management and lead generation optimization.
  • A mindset for experimentation and running micro-campaigns to test and optimize marketing strategies in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
  • Experience in managing global marketing strategies with a flexible and remote-first approach
