How You'll Make An Impact
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
- Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
- Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
- Drive sourcing activities with support from the employer branding team.
- Attract diverse talent through various channels.
- Participate in developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.
- Perform prescreening activities to assess candidate suitability.
- Provide guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house.
- Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
- Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Familiar with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
- Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian. Swedish is considered a plus.
