We are hiring an experienced UX Designer to join our Product Success team.

Based in Lyon, France, our team is composed of creative, motivated, and talented engineers who develop innovative applications for data management. If you have a penchant for B2B technology solutions, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design in the B2B/SaaS space, and familiarity with accessibility standards and frontend development.

Job Requirements

• Location: Greater Lyon area with remote
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
• Proficiency in Figma design
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508, RGAA)
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in designing user-centric interfaces for the Semarchy Data Platform. Reporting to the Product Success Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, engineering teams, and customer-facing teams, to create seamless experiences that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

• Gather and acquire a solid understanding of customer requirements and use cases
• Have an understanding of Semarchy’s products, features, positioning, and vision
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on findings
• Perform accessibility audits on products
• Maintain design consistency across products while adhering to brand guidelines
• Advocate for best UX and accessibility practices and contribute to a culture of user-centered design

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
