We are looking for a WOMAN RTW RETAIL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business monitoring by markets to optimize sales results and product flow among areas
• Support the team in the definition of the sales campaign guidelines
• Support in defining the strategy to build up the collection according to local market needs
• Assist Markets to ensure consistency with buying guidelines during the buying campaign and before final submission
• Help markets to satisfy customer needs through regional transfer with the aim to support loyal clients sales
• Support the team in the drafting of ppt presentations relating to action plans
• Support in office management activities
• Weekly and monthly touchbase with local buyers sharing hq guidelines and deepdive into local needs and business
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry;
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends;
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail;
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Effective communication skills;
• Excellent proficiency in Excel;
• Fluent in English and Italian.
