In HR transformation and technology at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organisations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.

 Your mission: A career in our HR Excellence practice, within People, Experience and Change services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients reinvent their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximise their return on the overall investment in human capital. You’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, such as talent practices, human capital operations, people development, culture and change, compensation strategies and HR Technologies

Be a part of our team where you will:  

  • Review and design talent practices and policies tailored to our clients' overall HR strategy, e.g. in the area of skills management, career paths, learning and development, internal mobility, succession planning, performance assessment, talent acquisition etc.
  • Facilitate the transformation and implementation of HR processes: create project management plans and support our clients with advice, best practices and action plans
  • Analyse HR operating models and HR service portfolios and develop customized forward-looking solutions to make HR functions fit for the future
  • Analyse tender documentations and lead the preparation of offers:
    • prepare concepts and project approaches and formulate them in writing
    • calculate project costs and commercial feasibility
    • drive our internal administrative proposal preparation processes

  • Lead projects teams and the delivery of the projects

Let’s talk about you. If you … 
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Experience either in HR consulting, or as an HR practitioner in the HR department of an organisation
  • Knowledge of best practices and trends in talent management, e.g. skills, learning and development, performance assessment, internal mobility
  • Analytical skills and fast comprehension to quickly understand new and complex topics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in the context of client interactions to nurture trusted and sustainable relationships
  • Writing skills: Proficiency in creating well-structured and engaging presentations and proposals that capture and maintain the reader's interest
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and welcoming innovative solutions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Curiosity and drive to progress and continuously develop your expertise about emerging trends, methodologies and tools in all areas of HR
