We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing client in Luxembourg!

In this role you'll act as a coach and facilitator to foster continuous improvement and adherence to Agile principles.

Key responsibilities :

* Facilitate Scrum Processes: Coach SAFe 6.0 practices and Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, etc.) ;

* Participate in SAFe Ceremonies: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos ;

* Support Collaboration: Promote transparency and open communication between the team and stakeholders ;

* Manage Roadblocks: Identify and resolve impediments or dependencies ;

* Drive Continuous Improvement: Encourage metrics like velocity and burn-down charts for progress tracking.

Profile :

* 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a SAFe environment ;

* Previous experience in software development or IT environments ;

* Strong understanding of SAFe 6.0, proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Rally), excellent organizational and communication skills ;

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience ;

* Certifications: SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) required; CSM or CSP certifications are a plus ;

* Good adaptability and empathy.

Languages :

* Fluency in English

* Any other European language is a plus
