Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver Generative AI solutions at scale.
• Design and implement AI systems using foundation models, LLMs, and multimodal models.
• Drive the MLOps/LLMOps strategy, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI, incorporating new technologies and tools.
• Foster a culture of best practices, high-quality documentation, and continuous learning within the team.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of technical leadership experience in AI/ML teams.
• Strong experience with generative models (e.g. GPT, LLaMA, Diffusion models) applied to real-world use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (bonus: PySpark, NoSQL).
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
• Familiarity with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools like Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to think analytically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• English proficiency (B2–C1 level).
