Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our Madrid-based team. You will work closely with quants, data scientists, and portfolio managers to build and deploy AI models that drive real-world investment decisions.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of in-house experience building and deploying AI/ML systems (ideally in finance, big tech, or high-stakes domains)
• Degree from a Top 5 university in Spain or a Top 200 global institution (STEM focus preferred)
• Strong Python and ML stack (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Deep understanding of statistics, optimization, and time series
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading
• Familiarity with cloud computing and MLOps pipelines
• Contributions to open-source ML tools or research publications
