Your Responsibilities

• Planning, organising and supervising production processes, including supervision of quality and timeliness of production
• Monitoring and maintaining factory-accepted production indicators (KPIs) at an agreed level
• Participating in the implementation of new technologies and products, as well as working with factory management to reduce factory-wide waste
• Communicating and collaborating effectively with other departments, including logistics, planning and quality, to achieve common goals
• Organising the work and development of the subordinate team
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at production sites and building a safety culture
  
  

Our Requirements

• University degree in production management and related majors
• Experience min. 3 years of experience in managing a production team
• Practical knowledge of Lean Management methodologies and tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of English at min. B2
• Quick reaction and resolution of problems as they arise
• Knowledge of quality and safety norms and standards
• Ability to manage a team and be communicative
• Efficient work organisation and decision-making skills
