Junior Digital Project Manager

location: Warszawa

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the development and improvement of digital products and services.
• Close collaboration with CTO, programmers, and UX designers to ensure smooth product development and user experience.
• Coordinating the work of the project team and motivating them to turn vision into reality.
• Active participation in international exhibitions (including Stuttgart, Barcelona, Paris, Düsseldorf).
• Comfortable working with technology, especially with applications.
• Testing applications and IT development.
  
  

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Advanced knowledge of the English language (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to manage tasks using platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
• Ability to drive initiatives forward and provide valuable feedback.
• Embracing a proactive, practical approach focused on building tasks rather than delegating them.
• Experience working with IT products.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows, including international trips that may require staying away from home for several days.
  
  

Will Be Considered As a Major Plus

• Additional languages (FR, ES, IT, DE, NL) at level B2/C1/C2 are a plus, but not required.
• Sales skills are welcome, but not required.

• B2B Contract with competitive remuneration ranging from 9000-11000 PLN.
