JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Business Functional Analyst

Location: Singapore

Experience: 10+ Years

• Extensive experience in Financial Industry (Private banking/Wealth Management is desirable) with 9+ years as Business Analyst.
• Experience in a Wealth Management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products and business processes
• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, SQL knowledge
• Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
• Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.
• Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
• Experience of agile (scrum) methodology
