You will be a part of small team of the professionals that develop and keep complany infrastructure up and running with high SLA numbers.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Ensure the network runs efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Set up and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and servers.
• Implement firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to protect network integrity.
• Maintain regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans as well as keeping records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with network administration, troubleshooting, and security.
• RedHat/Oracle Linux as a base platform.
• Experience in configuring networking at any Linux system.
• SELinux, Iptables, LACP/Bonding, VLANs at Linux layer experience
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, and security best practices.
  
  

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

• Any certificates like CCNA, RHCE, CCME, etc. is a bonus
