Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will join the Frankfurt-based investment and asset management team, supporting the sourcing, underwriting, execution, and management of real estate transactions across continental Europe. The role spans the full investment lifecycle and covers multiple asset classes, including office, logistics, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the underwriting of real estate investment opportunities across Pan-European markets
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses in Excel and Argus
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal approvals
• Support due diligence workstreams across legal, technical, and commercial aspects
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist with asset-level business plans, leasing strategies, and disposals
• Conduct market research and support pipeline development across key European cities
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and functions, including acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or transaction services
• Solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals across European markets
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel required, Argus is a plus
• Fluent in English; German and/or another European language is a plus
• Independent, detail-oriented, and commercially minded with strong communication skills
