Cards Acquiring Specialist (Payments Domain)

Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in Payments and Acquiring Systems? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and support one of the top banks in the UAE
Education
Education
- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payment Applications (Core, Switch, certificates and HSM Keys will be addon)
- Must have good experience in microservices architecture
- Must have good experience of handling multiple projects
- Must have experience in implementing End to End solution(from analysis to production movement)
- Must have good experience in API integration and multilayered architectures
- Should have experience in using Postman, Soap, selenium, Junit, devOps tools
- Excellent understanding on solution architecture, solution designs
- Experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation.
- Experience in building the HLD, FSD and drafting the whole project architecture
- Working knowledge of industry payment related protocols including iso8583, iso9564, PIN encryptions, VISA and Master Card protocol
- Experience in implementation of VISA and Master Card APIs
- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
- Experience in Agile methodology and other development life cycles
- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
- Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system
- Hands-on experience in change release process
- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience
- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
