Human Resources Generalist

• Salary Range: $75K - $90K per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Employee Life Cycle: Oversee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and company policies.
• Trusted Advisor: Provide support to employees and managers, effectively resolving issues.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain HR records and generate essential reports.
• Recruitment Support: Assist during peak hiring periods to attract top talent.
• Boost Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Process Improvements: Identify and implement strategies for streamlined HR operations.
• Flexibility in Recruitment: Be ready to support hiring efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of Experience: Proven background as an HR Generalist in a high-growth environment.
• Industry experience: Must have professional services experience.
• Knowledge of Ontario Legislation: Strong grasp of employment laws.
• Managing Large Workforces: Experience with large, dynamic teams.
• Self-Starter: Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
