Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysis Intern to join our team. This role will involve performing data crunching, analysis, and creating insightful reports. The intern will assist in preparing presentations and support the Project Manager by following up with key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting projects in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Crunching:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Prepare data sets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Presentation Preparation:
• Help create and organize presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and project updates.
• Develop data-driven slides with clear visuals (charts, graphs, etc.) to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, ensure deadlines are met, and provide project updates.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining communication between team members and stakeholders.

Support Project Manager:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to track project progress and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to project management.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or in final stages of graduation) in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
