About Jacaranda Finance
We’re an award-winning, Australian-owned digital lender on a mission to improve financial futures through inclusive access to credit and transparent financial education. We’ve grown from a two-person startup to a team of over 80 (plus three office dogs 🐾), and we’re just getting started.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Head of People Success across a range of impactful projects, from onboarding and engagement to culture-building and systems support. You’ll gain meaningful experience in how to create an environment where people can truly thrive.

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding
  
• Helping run training, wellbeing & development initiatives
  
• Maintain employee info in Employment Hero (our HR system)
  
• Supporting culture programs and engagement
  
• Learning by doing, and contributing from day one

About You:

• Studying HR, Business, Psychology or similar
  
• Curious, organised, people-focused and eager to learn
  
• Tech-savvy and confident in communicating
  
• Passionate about making work better for everyone
