Senior HR Generalist

We are looking for Senior HR Generalist to join our team!

Requirements:

• Proficient English, be able to easily understand and translate from English to Spanish to facilitate meetings, translate policies/laws etc.
• Strong/detailed knowledge of wage and hour laws, general employment laws and practices
• 5-7 years of experience is preferred in HR
• Payroll experience would be a plus to address and resolve payroll related questions in cooperation with the Payroll/Finance Team
• Understand best practices in ARG as it relates to other IT industry companies and provide recommendations for internal improvements
• proven track record of implementing and streamlining processes
• experience working in a global company with cross functional collaboration, preferred.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete documentation in accordance with local laws
• Previous experience with BambooHR is a plus
• Support the development and implementation of HR Global and local policies and procedures while maintaining, updating and reviewing current policies and procedures in accordance with new regulations.
• Liaison with leadership regarding employee relation and labor law issues
