About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team in Argentina. This role is integral to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that engage our community and drive user acquisition. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop strategies that test various marketing channels and ensure our message resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote a Web-3 banking solutions.
• Build and manage a thriving community around the platform, fostering engagement and advocacy.
• Identify and test new marketing channels to optimize user acquisition and retention.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Web-3, blockchain and digital marketing.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of user flow, core marketing metrics, budgeting, and overall marketing strategy development.
• Proven experience working with the LATAM market, especially Argentina.
• Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and financial technologies.
• Experience with key digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication skills and experience in building and managing communities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Creative approach and ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
