Data Analyst

Silbing is working with a leading organisation in Brussels looking for a Data Analyst to join on a 6-month contract (with likely extension). A great chance to shape high-impact projects in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role:

You’ll work with large datasets, build dashboards, and deliver insights that directly support strategic decisions

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse complex data to uncover trends and insights
• Build and optimise dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Translate data into clear recommendations
• Support data quality initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL and Excel
• Experience with modern BI tools
• Excellent communication – English essential, Dutch/French a bonus
• Proactive and independent mindset
