.NET Back-End Developer

We are currently looking for a .NET Back-End Developer to join a dynamic and fast-growing environment within the financial services industry.

You will be part of a feature team working on the transformation of core banking systems into modern microservices architecture, contributing to innovative trading and investment platforms.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications and integration services in .NET (C#)

• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions

• Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs (REST / gRPC)

• Participate in the development of microservices architecture (event-driven)

• Ensure code quality through unit testing and mocking

• Collaborate in Agile environments (Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, etc.)

• Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, analysts, and product owners

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous improvement processes

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in back-end development

• Strong expertise in .NET / C# and ASP.NET

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles

• Experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework or NHibernate)

• Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL)

• Experience in API design (REST or gRPC) and OpenAPI/Swagger

• Familiar with Agile methodologies

• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)

• Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Event-driven systems and service bus (e.g., NServiceBus)

• Integration with RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD)

• Experience with CI/CD environments

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
