What you’ll do:

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders
• Document user stories, functional specs, and workflows
• Support testing and ensure solutions deliver real value
• Contribute to continuous improvement across teams

What You Bring:

Skills:

• Tools: Azure Boards, SharePoint, SQL, Visio (or similar).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with programming languages is a bonus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development or tech. Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas for any audience.
• Detail-Oriented: You value clarity, precision, and structure in your work.
• Collaborative: You’re a natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Adaptable: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease.
