Bits of your job:

• Evaluate internal sales funnels, angles, providing insights and suggesting improvements
• Analyze marketing approaches, acquisition models, selling points, and competitor products
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations team, Data Analysts, Tracking Specialists, Sales Operations, and others
• Explore U. S. health and wellness sector to identify trending products, strategies and convert these insights into actionable plan
• Drive innovation by uncovering opportunities in the market, exploring new traffic sources, and testing creative ideas
• Share valuable insights continuously with Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to support strategic, data driven solutions
• Other assigned tasks
• Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with marketing data analysis and related tools (e. g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar)
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability
• Ability to present insights and ideas to leadership
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1200-1700 €/mon. net
