Project Planner – Data Centre Construction

Location: Vienna, Austria

Duration: 12 months

Working Pattern: Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join a high-profile Data Centre construction project in Vienna. You’ll be working with a dynamic and rapidly growing client on a technically complex and fast-paced build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using P6 Primavera.
• Manage timelines, resources, and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project milestones.
• Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Update schedules to reflect changes in scope, progress, or delays, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project planning experience, ideally on Data Centres.
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of the unique sequencing and MEP coordination challenges in data centre builds.
• Fluent in German for effective communication with local teams and authorities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
