Key responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Organize orientation for new hires, prepare welcome materials, schedule training, help with paperwork, support new employees.
- Employee Records: Keep employee information up to date and handle changes like job title or department updates.
- Payroll: Check and approve employee timesheets to ensure accurate pay.
- Reporting: Run and share HR reports when needed.
- Compliance: Prepare documents for things like leave requests, job offers, and employee agreements.
- Recruitment Support: Help with hiring by creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Required Experience:
- Experience: 2+ years as Administrator and HR/Payroll Specialist.
- Fluency in English.
The offered salary is up to 2200 - 2300 eur/gross.
