Senior Devops

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Administrator – DevOps/SRE to join our team and play a key role in system enhancements, technical testing, and production delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Change Management

• Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements
• Participate in change request processes for technical and functional updates

Testing & Delivery

• Collaborate in technical testing to ensure smooth and successful production deliveries
• Launch new initiatives and monitor implementation with timely follow-up

Issue Resolution & Process Optimization

• Provide Level 3 support, analyze reported issues, and identify effective solutions or workarounds to reduce impact
• Ensure problem resolution in coordination with vendors or service providers
• Oversee and document technical processes (e.g., online transactions, STP flows, batch processing) for first-line support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical IT, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices:
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins
• Proficiency in scripting languages:
• Bash, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Experience with containerization using Docker and deployment in Kubernetes environments
• Familiarity with ArgoCD for streamlined and automated application deployments

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong ability to analyze change requests and technical issues, providing logical solutions or process improvements
• Skilled in creating technical diagrams and schematic documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with application servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss
• Experience with job scheduling tools like CA Workload Automation or Control-M

Language Skills:

• English: Mastery (C1/C2) – able to communicate fluently and professionally across global teams
