Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation? 🚀 We are looking for a Digital Acceleration Consultant to join our extended team and manage our Digital QuickWins product. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Client businesses worldwide, identifying and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to specific organizational needs. 🌍

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Digital QuickWins Projects: Develop and implement solutions using agile methodologies and Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. 💡
• Project Management: Ensure effective management of scope, deadlines, costs, and quality. Develop and adhere to project plans, manage risks, and ensure financial alignment. 📈
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders across platforms and geographies. Engage with Client businesses to identify new digital opportunities and challenges. 🤝
• Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from partner selection and hiring to scheduling meetings, reviewing proposals, and ensuring timely delivery. 📅
• Monitoring and Reporting: Use PowerBI and Jira to monitor the annual Digital QuickWins project pipeline. Prepare project reports and promote decision-making. 📊

What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a Bachelor's/Master's in Management. 🎓
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, perform critical analysis, and resolve bottlenecks. 🗣️
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (PT) and English (EN) is essential. Spanish (ES) is a plus. 🌐
• Experience: 3+ to 5 years as a Project Manager, with valued certifications. Experience in the energy sector is a bonus. ⚡
