Overview:

A great opportunity for a Site Project Manager to oversee the safe and effective delivery of major data centre construction works. This role involves coordination across engineering, commercial, and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations including contractor supervision and scheduling
• Monitor project progress, budget compliance, and risk mitigation
• Ensure all QHSE procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain documentation standards
• Review subcontractor performance and ensure work aligns with company expectations
• Prepare weekly progress updates and escalate risks or delays appropriately

Required Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience managing technical projects in the construction or M&E sector
• Strong knowledge of site operations, safety regulations, and contractor management
• Effective communicator and problem-solver
