Define and implement component architecture, design systems, and frontend best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to maintain high code quality. Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and propose improvements accordingly. Drive the adoption of modern tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in

Frontend Development , with strong expertise in: React

(Hooks, Context API, Router, Redux or similar state managers) TypeScript

and

JSX/TSX Solid understanding of

component-driven development

and

frontend architecture patterns . Hands-on experience with

testing frameworks

like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar. Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL into frontend applications. Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and version control (Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership. Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting. Nice to Have Experience with
